Starting the IBM Full Stack Software Developer on Coursera

Hey everyone!

I’m really excited to share that I’ve just started the IBM Full Stack Software Developer on Coursera. While I’ve done a bit of coding before, specifically a course on Python, this is my first time diving into something more official, and it’s backed by IBM, which feels like a big step up.

Building on My Coding Experience

Learning Python was my first real taste of programming, and it got me hooked. Now, with this IBM course, I’m hoping to learn even more and get better at coding so I can tackle real-world projects and maybe even make a career out of it.

What I’m Hoping to Get Out of This

I want to understand the ins and outs of programming, get more comfortable writing code, and eventually work on bigger and better projects. This course feels like the right step towards becoming a full-stack developer and maybe even getting into AI someday.

Looking for Your Advice

While I’m focused on this course, I know there’s a lot out there that can help me along the way. Do you have any recommendations for:

• Other courses or certifications: Are there any other online courses or certifications you found really helpful? • Projects or challenges: What are some fun coding projects or challenges that can help me practice what I’m learning? • Books or articles: Any must-read books or articles for someone learning about computer development? • Communities or forums: Are there any good communities or forums where I can meet other learners and get support?

I’d love to hear your suggestions and learn from your experiences.

Wrapping Up

I’m looking forward to sharing my progress and learning journey with all of you. Thanks for following along, and I hope to connect with many of you as I go. Let’s make this a great learning experience together!

Happy coding!
